Taylor & Noah’s styled Joshua Tree wedding will give you alllll the national park wedding inspiration you need.
The Joshua Tree Wedding Venue: High Desert Paradise
Reed & Rye styled this incredible shoot for us in Joshua Tree and I’ve been so excited to show off all the photos. We photographed Taylor & Noah at High Desert Paradise. This venue is actually an Airbnb, and is a wellness retreat venue in Yucca Valley. It’s the perfect place for any type of getaway, vacation, or celebration, with its natural light, gorgeous architecture, and beautiful decorations.
It’s even big enough to have a huge reception in its backyard, and you can really have your ceremony anywhere at the Airbnb! There’s a crazy amount of space, and it can fit 10 guests for sleeping. It even has a big pool and a hot tub – the perfect wedding or elopement celebration activities if you ask me.
Renting an Airbnb in the Joshua Tree National Park area is one of the best ways to go about tying the knot there. It gives you a variety of options of ways to celebrate – here are a few!
- Get married IN your Airbnb! Whether it be in the living room, the kitchen, the backyard, wherever – tie the knot inside your Airbnb. Then, you could explore Joshua Tree at sunset and celebrate the rest of the evening back at the Airbnb.
- Get married in Joshua Tree National Park, then celebrate during the evening at your rented Airbnb.
- Rent an Airbnb not only for you, but for you & a few of your closest loved ones. Spend a weekend there and tie the knot at some point in the area!
- It’s also super easy to get to Palm Springs from Joshua Tree – you could rent an Airbnb there and drive to Joshua Tree to tie the knot. Or get an Airbnb in JTNP, and spend the rest of your time in Palm Springs after getting married.
The Styling: Minimal, Neutral, & Sorta Hipster
We went very minimalistic with the theme of this Joshua Tree wedding, and I’m obsessed with how it turned out. We used all sorts of shades of creams, beige, and earth tones – keeping it super neutral to go with the environment of Joshua Tree National Park.
Taylor wore a stunning, form-fitting dress from Reev Bridal with uniquely shaped cutouts and a simple train. Noah wore a checkered beige suit along with a super stylish beige hat. Grooms wearing hats is so underrated! These two totally fit the sorta-hipster California vibe we were going for with this shoot.
And finally, let’s talk about the florals – Reed & Rye created a beautiful centerpiece featuring baby’s breath. Baby’s breath is totally coming back in style and is trending again – there are so many unique ways you can feature it in your own wedding.
Joshua Tree will always be one of my favorite spots to photograph weddings in. So if you’re feelin’ inspired and want to potentially tie the knot at Joshua Tree, reach out now and I’ll help you plan your perfect day!
