Since both their families were scattered all over the United States, all family members had to travel in anyways. Kaitlin grew up in the Phoenix area and Adam grew up on the East Coast. For weddings/elopements, the permit fee process starts with filling out a special use permit application for Glen Canyon National Recreation and sending in an $100 administration fee with the application. After approved, you send another a $200 check for the event fee.
The money must be written in a check form paid out to “Glen Canyon National Recreation Area”. Address the letter to be sent to 691 Scenic View Drive, P.O. Box 1507 Page, Arizona 86040.
